Retention Periods:

• Candidate profiles & resumes: up to 3 years from last interaction
• Interview notes & communication: up to 2 years
• Client records: up to 7 years (legal/accounting)

Deletion Process:

• Permanent deletion from ATS
• Secure removal from backups
• Destruction of paper documents

Candidates may request deletion at hello@abcrecruiting.co.
